Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operations of one of our barbershop locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of experienced barbers, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
* Oversee quality control, ensuring exceptional results for clients
* Manage shop roster, appointments, and walk-in flow efficiently
* Set an example with outstanding customer service and professionalism
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock levels, and supplies
* Collaborate with marketing team to support local promotions and reviews
* Provide regular performance reports and updates to leadership
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 years of barbering experience
* Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor preferred
* Proven reliability, self-motivation, and initiative
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in fades, scissor cuts, beard work, and styling
* Dedication to upholding a positive shop culture
* Ability to manage operations independently and effectively
