Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, we're not your typical corporate team.

Behind every polished floor is a powerhouse team, and right now, we're looking for a detail-loving, number-crunching superstarAccounts Payable Officerto keep our finances just as tidy as our client sites.
Salary:$*****k pa, plus super
Location:ACS HQ is currently based in Mulgrave, with plans to move to a new office in South Melbourne in Q******
Working arrangements:Onsite role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
What you'll be doing
Processing a high volume of supplier invoices for cleaning supplies, equipment, and subcontractor services
Ensuring accurate coding and timely payment of expenses (because clean accounts = happy auditors)
Communicating with suppliers and site managers to resolve invoice queries quickly and kindly
Maintaining tidy and compliant records (because even our books deserve to be spotless)
Supporting the finance team during end-of-month crunch time with reconciliations and reporting
Keeping an eye out for process improvements—we love a good clean-up job
What you'll bring
You don't need to wear gloves and carry a mop—but you do need a sharp eye, steady hands, and a love for structure.
You're cool under pressure, fast with a calculator, and always looking for ways to work smarter.
Accounting degree or similar experience in accounts payable or finance admin
Experience in service-based industries is a plus (bonus points if you know your way around subcontractor payments)
Familiar with accounting systems such as Sage, Templa, Access Dimension, HR3
Comfortable with spreadsheets and invoice systems (and enjoy ticking off to-do lists)
A proactive communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and solve problems
