The Role
Now is the time to join the Reformer Pilates team at Genesis Fitness Club, Coffs Harbour. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Reformer PilatesInstructors to work with a great team.
You will have the ability to communicate and interact effectively with participants that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs. Demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable member of the team.
Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field; new graduates with reformer training are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Attributes
* Bright, cheerful and encouraging when instructing and dealing with class participants
* Certificate III in Fitness
* Certificate in Reformer Pilates
* Current fitness registration
* Plan and organise appropriate classes within the facility program timetable
* Prepared to participate in in‐house training
* Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
* Current CPR Certificate
* Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
* National Police Check
* Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
