We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on Jesmond Central and Wallsend Village Shopping Centres. In this role, you'll implement strategic leasing plans to maximise revenue, minimise vacancies, and ensure the right retail mix for our assets.

Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing steadily whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.
About the role
* Primary focus to lease vacant shops and vacant kiosks
* Negotiate and complete lease renewals
* Execute Haben's leasing strategies and remix where required within budgets
* Minimising vacancies and holdovers within centre
* Identify and leverage new leasing trends within the industry and Haben's portfolio
* Collaborate with centre management, development, operations, lease management, finance, and tenancy delivery teams
* Assist with any other income driven initiatives
About you
* Demonstrated leasing experience and/or similar sales roles (e.g., casual leasing)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
* Understanding of leasing financial metrics
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Experience using property management systems and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This full-time position involves supporting our centres across NSW, particularly Jesmond Central and Wallsend Village, and is required to work from our Head Office in Double Bay one day per week. The role requires regular travel to these shopping centres, our Head Office, and competitor centres.
