We are currently seeking driven & motivated support workers to support clients within our group homes across the Northern Beaches region.

We currently have an exciting position across Northern Beaches for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment.

Your duties will include:
- Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.- Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.- Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.- Being part of a fun and dynamic team.

**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers.- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends- Lived experience or experience working with people with disabilities- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).- Local to the Northern Beaches region.
