Workfast is looking for an Industrial Spray Painter to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team in Sunshine, VIC.

What you need
Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter or in a similar role
Structural steel experience
Forklift License (preferred)
High attention to detail and quality of work
Ability to work with various types of spray painting equipment
Knowledge of industrial paints and coatings
Safety-conscious and adherence to safety protocols
Must be able to pass a medical, drug and alcohol test and police check
Own or have access to reliable transport
What you will be doing
Preparing surfaces for spray painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
Applying industrial coatings to metal, machinery, and other materials
Operating spray equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Ensuring a high-quality finish on all painted surfaces
Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring quality standards are met
Maintaining equipment and ensuring it's in good working order
Complying with all health and safety regulations
Keeping the work area clean and organised
