Key Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Represent the brand by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty
* Maximize selling opportunities by identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions
* Promote add-on sales and support events that grow store traffic and customer engagement
Physical requirements: Remain standing for up to 4 hours at a time, move about the store coaching and directing associates, and lift merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
