The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Forster team. This isn't just a "behind the desk" role; it's a dynamic leadership position where you'll be the face of our boutique-style showroom.
Whether you're helping a homeowner design their dream coastal retreat or managing a high-volume order for a commercial builder, you'll ensure every client receives the expert advice we're known for.
Your day-to-day will involve:
* Leading by Example: Mentoring a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.
* Driving Results: Managing the sales floor, overseeing orders, and hitting targets.
* Building Relationships: Engaging with everyone from DIY renovators to large-scale developers and plumbers.
