About The Opportunity
This high-influence, standalone role manages remuneration and benefits for approximately 2,500 salaried employees across Linfox.
You'll shape how we attract, reward and retain top talent, influencing our employee experience and supporting our mission to be Australia and New Zealand's most trusted logistics partner.
What You'll Do
Lead annual remuneration cycles, incentive payments, benchmarking and gender pay reporting for a large, complex workforce.
Advise HR, payroll and business leaders with practical, commercial solutions aligned with our strategic goals.
Drive market analysis to keep our pay structures competitive and future-focused.
Oversee benefits programs, vendor partnerships and employee queries.
Support international mobility, visa requirements and relocation policies.
Champion improvements to remuneration processes, moving from manual to system-based solutions.
Play a key role in our transformation to a tech-savvy, adaptable and inclusive workplace.

You'll bring
5+ years' experience in remuneration and benefits in a large, complex organisation.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modelling, macros).
Knowledge of frameworks, job evaluation methodologies (Mercer/Hay) and benchmarking.
Strong grasp of employment and tax legislation, plus international mobility exposure.
Experience with SAP HR/Payroll (SuccessFactors desirable).
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
