The Opportunity
We are seeking two experienced and motivated professionals to join our Support Unit as Administration Officers; one focusing on Human Resources (HR) with responsibility for ISO and administrative duties, and one focusing on general Office Administration. These key positions are supported by our Supervisors, Engineering, and Operations teams, and report directly to the HR and Office Manager.

About the Roles
You will work alongside a supportive and collaborative team, playing an integral role in the smooth running of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities (HR Administration Officer – ISO & Admin Focus)
Oversee ISO system management and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
Support end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records management
Maintain compliance with workplace policies and employment legislation
Coordinate training, onboarding, compliance checks and development activities
Prepare HR and ISO reports and correspondence
Support staff engagement initiatives and assist with HR projects
Key Responsibilities (Office Administration Officer – General Office Support)
Provide general administrative support to the office and project teams
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Assist with document control, filing, and data entry
Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting agendas/minutes
Support procurement processes and liaise with suppliers
Maintain and update records and registers
Assist with quality assurance and compliance activities as directed
To Be Successful in These Roles, You Will Need:
Previous experience in an administrative role (HR or Office Administration)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
A proactive and collaborative approach
Experience with ISO systems and/or civil construction administration (advantageous, especially for HR role)
Current QLD Driver's Licence (preferred)
