Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. The ICU Research Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting clinical research activities within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Working closely with Principal Investigators and the multidisciplinary ICU team, the Research Coordinator facilitates the planning, initiation, conduct, and close-out of clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, local and national regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.
The role includes patient screening, data collection, liaison with external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with research protocols. You will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful research influencing ICU care, working in a supportive team environment with access to research mentors and education.
