Key internal role for an ERP Systems and Reporting Administrator to manage and maintain the Pronto system ERP environment for a large group. Work from home and/or at Head Office in the Parramatta West area.

The Role
Utilise your experience in Pronto to drive improvements and assist with troubleshooting ERP issues. As the ERP System and Reporting Administrator you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical ERP user and reporting support across the business. This role will sit within the Management Team and will liase with a diverse group of key management staff and all general Pronto users.
You will be the Pronto super user, go to and trusted ERP specialist, you role will include the following responsibilities;
Provide internal customer user support, documentation of user guides and training nationally.
Be the Pronto ERP report writer, drive and manage the reporting suite to benefit users.
Provide support across data intelligence and COGNOS and SQL query writing to export data.
Manage data integrity and security.
You will possess solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence, communicate and interact positively with all users. You will also have experience with Pronto ERP and the back end operation, experience with other ERP systems will be considered. Proven experience with excel, MS SQL, problem solving skills and management of the day to day use of Pronto is regarded as is your care factor to identify areas for improvement to assist all users.
