About the role
GB Bricklaying Pty Ltd is seeking to hire 2 staff members to join our team:
- Experienced Bricklayer
- Labourer
As a bricklayer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality bricklaying work on various residential projects across the eastern, south-eastern & north-eastern suburbs.
What you'll be doing
- Laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials to construct walls, foundations, and other structures
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Collaborating with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
What we''re looking for
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform the demands of the role
- Valid driver''s licence and/or access to reliable transportation
