This is a full-time position that will require you to lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth and dwell on the opportunity of making a significant impact on the success of our business in the region.
What you\'ll be doingManage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff, inventory management, and sales/business development.Responsible for branch financial and sales plans and strategies to achieve resultsDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer baseProvide coaching and mentoring to the team, to enhance their skills and performanceAble to comply with company policies, procedures, and manage safety in a high risk safety environment for store / warehouse operations.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfactionCollaborate with the regional and head office teams to share best practices and support the overall business objectives
What we\'re looking forMinimum 5 years of experience of managing a trade store & warehouse operations, account management and new business development/salesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approachProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthFamiliarity with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reportingCommitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
