This is a practical, well-defined Facilities Coordinator role overseeing two neighbourhood retail centres in Windsor. The assets are established, stable and suited to someone who enjoys running buildings efficiently without unnecessary complexity.

You'll have day-to your way, with the flexibility to balance on‐site presence and remote work, while still being supported by a broader facilities management team when needed.

This role is offered initially on a 6‐month fixed term contract with the opportunity for extension.

Key Responsibilities
* Full facilities management responsibility for two neighbourhood shopping centres
* Coordinate contractors across essential services, cleaning, security and maintenance
* Manage preventative maintenance and reactive works
* Ensure WHS, statutory and essential services compliance
* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and service providers
* Maintain compliance documentation and reporting
* Proactively identify cost‐effective improvements and efficiencies
About You
* You're confident, organised and comfortable working independently. You've already worked in facilities and know what it takes to run assets day‐to‐day. You'll likely have:
o Experience as a Facilities Manager, Assistant Facilities Manager or Facilities Coordinator
o Exposure to retail or commercial asset operations
o Working knowledge of WHS, compliance and essential services
o Confidence managing contractors and resolving issues on site
o A practical, solutions‐focused mindset
