The successful candidate will be responsible for making key decisions during the winemaking process, ensuring the quality and style of our wines meet our high standards. This includes managing a portfolio of wines across various styles, quality levels, and brands.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Make key decisions during the winemaking process to produce wine to specification and style.
* Manage a portfolio of wines across various styles, quality levels, and brands.
* Quality assure all responsible wines through periodic organoleptic and chemical monitoring.
* Generate accurate and timely cellar notes.
* Prepare all bottling wines to meet scheduled production dates, ensuring compliance and quality.
* Approve all wine labels for responsible products in adherence to legal labeling requirements.
* Participate in tastings and brand events as determined by senior winemaking.
About You:
We're seeking a highly skilled winemaker with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Wine Science/Oenology) or equivalent. You'll have proven experience in operational winemaking, including organoleptic assessment and communication of relevant attributes for wines and grapes.
