The role of Classroom Teacher plays a vital part in supporting students' academic and personal development, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* To create and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth.
* To plan and deliver effective teaching and learning programs across all Key Learning Areas, catering to the diverse needs of students.
* To apply knowledge of assessment strategies and data analysis to inform student learning and improve educational outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a classroom practitioner with a strong commitment to student-centered learning.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, and the wider school community to achieve shared goals.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Appropriate qualifications for teaching Primary K–6, including accreditation with NESA to teach in NSW.
