The RoleFull-time preferred, part-time considered
Well remunerated
Healthy private paying caseload: TMJ, headache, neck, and spinal presentations
Leadership, mentoring, teaching, and clinical strategy input
Workload and StructureBalanced case load ~35 client hours per week
Additional protected time built into the week to:
Lead and mentor junior clinicians
Provide structured supervision and teaching
Contribute to leadership, education, and service development
Leadership and mentoring are resourced and scheduled, not added on top of a full clinical load.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential
Australian physiotherapy registration with AHPRA is required
Permanent residency status is required for this position
Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience
Strong experience managing a musculoskeletal and/or sports caseload
Excellent clinical reasoning and hands-on assessment skills
Confidence working with complex and persistent pain presentations
Desirable
Postgraduate training, such as a Graduate Certificate or a Master's degree
Experience or interest in Clinical Pilates
TMJ experience is desirable but not essential — structured training and mentoring are provided
Leadership, Supervision and Development This role includes paid supervision, mentoring, leadership, and development time.
You will be supported through:
* Structured supervision and mentoring frameworks

You will have the opportunity to:
* Support and develop junior clinicians through structured teaching and mentoring
* Create and contribute to education programs and courses for junior staff
* Facilitate in-house teaching, case reviews, and clinical discussion
* Contribute to clinical strategy, service design, and innovation
