Physiotherapist (Grade 1/2): Community Rehabilitation Program Albury/Wodonga

Role and Responsibilities
- Join our inter-disciplinary Community Rehabilitation team as a Physiotherapist to provide individualised client‑driven rehabilitation and goal‑focused group work.
- Drive positive outcomes for clients in both Albury and Wodonga teams; telehealth experience is advantageous.
- Contribute to group programs including but not limited to cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, falls prevention and exercise rehabilitation.
- Work within a team that includes Allied Health Assistants, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, fellow Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Social Workers; support is available from the Physiotherapy department.
- There is opportunity to work in other clinical areas of AWH if desired.
