The Guest Services All Rounder is the ultimate part time role that allows you to gain exposure to all operational aspects of our amazing properties.This is a unique position that allows you to work across Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Events/Activities and Food and Beverage.
With development opportunities locally and across Australia, this role is the perfect next step for someone looking to build the foundation of a career in general or property management.Responsibilities include:Reception - Welcoming guests to the property and ensuring their check in process is seamless whilst ensuring all accounts and documentation is recorded accuratelyGuest Activities - Create, promote and plan guest activities including social events and activities to ensure our guests stay engaged and entertainedHousekeeping - Ensure the property and guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards.
This includes ensuring laundry and managing any maintenance or safety issues are managed efficientlyFood & Beverage - Maintaining food hygiene and compliance remains of the highest standards.
