Job Responsibilities:
Our support care worker will provide personalized care and support to clients in line with their goals.
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication administration
- Support clients with community involvement and social activities
- Maintain accurate records of support provided
- Ensure adherence to NDIS policies and person-centered care principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of NDIS and person-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Manual handling training (preferred)
