About the role
We're looking for a friendly, professional Front Office Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests.
You'll deliver warm, efficient service and help create a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-ins/outs
Handle reservations, payments and enquiries
Answer the phone in a confident and professional manner
Resolve guest requests promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records and front desk standards
Shifts are between 7am-3pm or 3pm-10pm daily
About you
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Well-presented, reliable and team-focused
Comfortable with computers and booking systems
Hospitality or hotel front office experience preferred
Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays
