Customer Experience Specialist
Mystery shopping provides a flexible opportunity to document customer experiences, helping clients measure their customer service performance.
As a mystery shopper, your role involves visiting various car dealerships/shops/venues within a specified timeframe. You will understand client briefs or requirements, retain information and capture photos needed for submission online within deadlines.
You must be enthusiastic, well-presented and reliable with regular access to email,internet computer/laptop or iPad/tablet ,a smart phone excellent attention to detail ,information retention skills high level of communication spelling grammar skills.Must be at least 18 years old.

* Familiarity with technology (email,internet computer/laptop or iPad/tablet )and smartphone devices are required. A photo-taking device is necessary as part of this position.Smartphone also essential for capturing images in the field.
