The successful candidate will have experience working with infants from 32 weeks gestation and above, and be able to work closely with multidisciplinary teams. A commitment to delivering holistic, family-centred care is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to neonates in the Level 5 Neonatal Service
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
* Audit current practices and develop strategies for continuous improvement
