**The Role**:
Commencing mid-June, this is a 12-month contract position, (with potential to extend). Training will be provided onsite with the outgoing managers and at our Coolangatta Support Office prior to commencement. Ultimately you will have sound experience in confidently managing medium sized properties. You will have strong leadership and a customer-centric and hands-on approach, with demonstrated experience in hospitality, or tourism-based management or managing an accommodation-based business. We welcome innovation, initiative, enthusiasm and a grounded, guest focused and commercial mindset. As a Park Manager you are required to live on site - accommodation and utilities are provided for as part of your total remuneration package. A 3-bedroom house is provided onsite.

Management teams must either possess or be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have their own ABN.

You will provide a versatile and hands on approach in leadership, support and in all areas of park operations.
