Job Description:
Site Manager is responsible for the overall performance of projects, ensuring a positive and productive team culture. They will oversee project operations, manage workforce resourcing and productivity, procure equipment and materials, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgets.
* Effectively manage workforce resourcing and productivity.
* Procure equipment and materials within budget.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Sound understanding of OH&S/WHS practices.
* Experience across a range of project types and industries.
* Leadership skills, including leading by example.
* Excellent communication and planning skills.
* Clear understanding of OHS requirements and conflict resolution skills.
