We are currently seeking an experienced individual to assist our client with their digital transformation efforts. We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build innovative business solutions using the Pega platform. Work will include design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients. Working on‐site or offshore location as per project/customer requirement, this role will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for Application design & development PEGA 7.x and 8.x.
* Good to have experience in Constellation.
* Troubleshoot PEGA Application issues and fix.
* Participate in design discussion and understand the domain and requirements.
* Prepare Technical Specification Document.
* Strictly follow the standard coding and testing procedures.
* Analyze requirements and create a quick prototype.
* Good team player; able to work with virtual teams across geographies.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Perform show & tell and demo activities for stakeholders and improve the application based on feedback.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
* Must have CSSA certification.
* 4+ years' experience working as a Pega developer.
* Comprehensive understanding of BPM foundation for process improvements delivered using Pega application by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
* Experience of integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms.
* Experience in working on Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualification
Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration
* Should have involved in architecture design and development of minimum 2 PRPC projects.
* Strong knowledge and experience on PRPC internals and product architecture.
* Deep knowledge of all the Pega capabilities & Pega technology components and exactly know when to use these capabilities.
* Experience in any of the Pega frameworks, PGP, CDM, Underwriting, CS, CRM, CPM, BFSI, Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate.
* PEGA System administration, PDC, PAL, PLA, JAVA, Unix, PL/SQL, DB Skills.
* Strong debugging skills and experience in Connectors and Services (Email, REST, FILE, MQ, JMS etc.).
* Able to assist the Architect in Design and integration and estimates.
* Able to mentor junior members in the team and help them technically.
