The role Our team is located within a contact centre that support customers across Queensland with payroll system access such as myHR. Our hours of operation are 7 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Our team handle a high volume of calls in a complex environment, in addition the team is also responsible for processing reports and provisioning user access.
