We're now expanding and strengthening our Mandurah branch — and we need a Senior Electrician who can lead from the front.
The Role
This is more than a tools role.
You'll be responsible for owning jobs, setting standards on‐site, and lifting the performance of the team around you.
You'll:
* Run jobs end‐to‐end without supervision — From projects/installs, to breakdowns & service work
* Lead apprentices and junior techs
* Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
* Represent NIXON professionally with clients
What You'll Be Doing
* Installing, maintaining, and fault‐finding across residential & commercial jobs
* Reading plans and executing work to spec
* Managing job flow, materials, and time on‐site
* Completing compliance documentation (certs, SWMS, etc.)
* Identifying issues early and solving them properly
* Supporting apprentices and setting the standard for how work gets done
What We're Looking For
You're a leader on‐site, not just a good tradesman.
* Fully licensed WA Electrician
* Strong experience across residential and commercial work
* Confident running jobs independently
* High attention to detail and pride in your work
* Communicates clearly with clients and team
* Takes ownership — no blaming, no shortcuts
Bonus
* Experience with Simpro or similar systems
* Experience leading teams or running multiple jobs

* You are not heavily experienced across different sectors
