General Responsibilities
* Managing the end-to-end sales process from appraisal through to settlement
* Prospecting, listing, and selling residential properties
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Negotiating offers and contracts with professionalism and confidence
* Working collaboratively with administration and support teams
* Maintaining compliance with QLD legislation and agency procedures
* Contributing positively to a high-performance, team-focused culture
This role is not limited to the responsibilities listed above.
What You'll Need
* Minimum 12 months' experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or higher)
* Proven ability to list and sell residential property
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Confidence managing your own pipeline and daily activities
* Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
* A growth mindset and desire to be part of a supportive team environment
