Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end delivery of MarTech use cases across discovery, design, build, QA, deployment and documentation.
* Design, build and enhance technical capability across Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Personalisation, and Sales/Service Cloud.
* Deliver real‐time personalisation, journeys, automations, segmentation, identity resolution, data integrations and multichannel activations.
* Configure and develop solutions in Sales/Service Cloud, including Flows, data modelling and platform configuration.
* Build and maintain Marketing Cloud Next components such as HTML/CSS templates, journey flows, segments & data cloud activations.
* Configure Salesforce Data Cloud features including data streams, identity resolution, transformations, calculated insights, segments and activations.
* Maintain and enhance Salesforce Personalisation items, maps, templates & web/app campaigns.
* Lead technical discovery, producing clear solution designs, diagrams and documentation.
* Support marketing automation teams with journeys, segmentation, personalisation and troubleshooting across data, integrations and configuration.
* Champion best practice, scalability and operational excellence across the MarTech ecosystem.
Qualifications
* A degree in IT, Computer Science or similar.
* 2-4 years' experience in technology, digital marketing or consulting.
* Hands‐on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Personalisation, Data Cloud & Sales Cloud.
* Strong skills in HTML/CSS, Apex, Handlebars & API based integrations.
* Familiarity with Agile methodology and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
