We provide high quality in-home care and assistance to our valued clients in the Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Noosa and Moreton Bay Regions. We support people living with Alzheimer's, dementia and cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs and older Australians.

The Role
We are looking for a highly-organised person with a cheerful manner who enjoys working on the phones and has a genuine compassion for the elderly and individuals with disability.
Your compassionate nature and enjoyment of helping others will optimise client satisfaction and their ability to achieve independence and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring all client shifts are filled with appropriately qualified and experienced carers
* Filling shifts at short notice due to carers being sick or unavailable
* Calling carers for late/missed shifts
* Assisting with the smooth coordination of client scheduling and care requirements
* Answering telephone enquiries and responding in a timely manner
* Timely and appropriate communications with our clients
* Collaborating with care management and recruitment to ensure delivery of quality care
* Participating on rotation with providing 'On Call' support
Essential Criteria
* Genuine empathy and interest in making a difference in the lives of people with a disability and the aged
* Excellent customer service, telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* Effective coordination of client requirements and schedules

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work Environment
This role is based in our Caloundra office and requires the successful candidate to work Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm.
