Director Workforce Strategy and Capability in People and Culture is a leadership role that requires a proven ability to design and deliver complex organisation-wide workforce strategies.
This position supports the sustainability, development, and transformation of the workforce at Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service.
The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of programs and strategies that enhance organisational culture, strengthen leadership capability, enable workforce planning, and expand talent pipelines.

* You are experienced in leading and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and managing financial, human, and project resources to deliver strategic objectives.
