Inspire Architectural is seeking an experienced Residential & Roofing Business Development Manager to drive product adoption and long-term demand across residential builders and roofing markets, with additional exposure to architectural and specification-led projects.
This role is primarily focused on residential builders and roofing relationships, commercial builders and supported by architectural and specification engagement where required. This is a great opportunity to work with and promote a unique set of premium products with a real point of difference in market.

What You'll Be Doing
* Building strong, long-term relationships with residential and commercial builders
* Working closely with roofing and cladding installers on system and product selection
* Driving repeat product preference and standardisation with builders and installers
* Supporting commercial and industrial roofing projects
* Partnering with rollformers to enable supply and project delivery
* Engaging with architects and designers where projects are specification-led
* Driving demand for UniCote, VMZINC and Nordic Copper across all segments
What We're Looking For
* Strong roofing, cladding or building products experience (essential)
* Proven experience dealing with residential builders and installers
* Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction workflows
* Architectural or specification experience highly regarded but not essential
* Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
