Store Manager | Perth DFO
Retail FX is looking for a dynamic and proactive Store Manager to lead our Perth DFO location. The successful candidate will deliver a high‑performance retail experience for customers and community partners.
Day to Day
* Lead a vibrant, experienced team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Drive commercial results through KPIs, sales targets, and product sell‑through
* Oversee stock, inventory integrity, VM standards, and replenishment
* Manage rosters, coach your team, and build capability across all levels
* Create meaningful community connections with locals, partners, and ambassadors
* Be a hands‑on, inspiring leader who sets the tone for a high‑performing store
