Casual - Cairns Apply now Job no: 505569Employment type: CasualLocation: Cairns & Far NorthCategories: Disability, Aged CareAbout the RoleYou will provide personalised support to our QCSS (Queensland Community Support Scheme) clients within their homes in Cairns.
You will provide supports to people with a disability, illness or mental health condition to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
The candidates you will be supporting enjoy fishing, going for walks and drives, as well as chatting about NRL and reminiscing.This is a Casual opportunity with working hours available between 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, no evening or sleepover shifts.
You will be required to travel to support multiple clients each day within Cairns and surrounding local areas, so a willingness to travel is essential to this role (you will be reimbursed .99 cents per kilometre travelled while you work).
