Pool Installation and Maintenance Labourer
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable labourer to support pool installation and maintenance in Central Queensland. This casual position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the installation of fibreglass swimming pools, including excavation, pipe work, concreting, and paving.
* Maintain pools through cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment setup/operation.
* Provide excellent customer service during installations.
* Collaborate with the team for efficient project delivery.
* Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in labouring or pool installation roles is an advantage but not essential.
* Excellent physical fitness and manual labour capabilities.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
* Effective communication and customer service skills.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
* A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
