We're currently seeking a qualified Welder/Boilermaker to join a well-established steel fabrication business with decades of experience servicing the industrial and commercial sectors. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for someone who values a great team culture, consistent hours, and quality workmanship.
Who will you be working with?
You'll be joining a reputable business known for its reliability and high standards across steel fabrication and manufacturing. With a long-standing team and low turnover, they've built a strong reputation through their craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
What are the benefits?
* Permanent full-time role with stability
* $39.50/hr + super
* 38-hour work week (Mon–Thurs: 6:30am–3:00pm, Fri: 6:30am–12:00pm)

What will you be doing?
* Carrying out structural steel welding and fabrication
* Interpreting technical drawings and welding to specification
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment
* Collaborating with the wider workshop team to meet production deadlines
What do you need?
* Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Welde
* Strong MIG welding experience (structural steel preferred)
* Driver's License
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
* Sound understanding of workplace safety standards
* Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow production processes
