About the Role
As a Clinical Manager, you will lead and manage site-based team members to deliver quality care provision. You will be responsible for implementing and achieving clinical governance and compliance targets.

Requirements:
* Mental health-related degree as Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, or Mental Health Social Worker with related registration eligibility
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams or extensive experience as Senior Clinician providing clinical support
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with consumers, advocate on their behalf, and establish effective relationships with staff, clients, families, friends, and stakeholders
