This opportunity is suited to a Financial Planner with 3–5 years experience who enjoys delivering holistic advice and building long-term client relationships. You will take ownership of client engagements, supported by a capable paraplanning and administration team, allowing you to focus on advice quality and client outcomes. Key Responsibilities
• Provide holistic financial advice across investments, superannuation, retirement and wealth strategies
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of advice clients
• Conduct client meetings, reviews and strategy discussions
• Prepare and present Statements of Advice and ongoing service documentation
• Work closely with paraplanners to ensure high-quality advice delivery
• Liaise with internal investment and support teams as required
• Ensure advice complies with regulatory and best-practice standards
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of advice processes
About You
• 3–5 years experience in a Financial Planning or Adviser role
• Relevant financial planning qualifications and progress toward required professional standards
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Solid technical knowledge with a client-first approach
• Well organised and comfortable managing multiple client priorities
