The Role
We're seeking experienced Commis Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team in full-time and part-time positions. You'll be part of a vibrant environment where quality and creativity are celebrated.

What You'll Do
* Craft and present dishes to the highest standard
* Collaborate with senior chefs on preparation and service
* Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene practices
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance kitchen
About You
* Proven experience as a chef in premium or high-volume kitchens
* Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food
* Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
* Knowledge of HACCP standards
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays

Qualifications
Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Cert IV in Kitchen Management
