Rostering Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and connected individual to join our team as a Rostering Coordinator. This role is part of an experienced team supporting residents at our Toowoomba facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support related to rostering and payroll for the facility
* Assist with scheduling and attendance processes
* Maintain high standards of customer service and effective communication
* Follow directives as per care plans
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Relevant experience in a similar administrative/rostering role
* Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos and Workday desirable)
* High level of customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Ability to follow directives per care plan
* Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities (beneficial)
