We’re MM Security, Australia’s leading security distributor, with boots on the ground across the country. Our National Service Centre in Clayton South is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-obsessed coordinator who’s ready to take ownership of systems, documentation, and onboarding.
This isn’t a number-cruncher role. It’s a fast-paced, cross-functional position where you’ll manage onboarding, compliance, and customer accounts and still have time to dive into finance systems and business tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle daily customer payment allocations, process subscription invoices, and keep AR/AP tasks current.
- Keep customer and supplier records clean — from credit apps to Greentree and NCI.
- Own onboarding and offboarding for NSC and mid-management staff, getting it right every time.
- Keep DoneSafe WHS compliance on track, chasing gaps and supporting managers.
- Support the smooth transition of new businesses into MM Security — contracts, gear, and services included.
- Maintain up-to-date work practices, MSOPs, new employee resource links and process checklists.
- Coordinate mobile phone setups, changes, and services with IT.
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep systems tight and audits clean.

About You
You don’t need years of experience, but you do need to be sharp. You’re:
- Early in your career (or recently graduated) and looking to sink your teeth into a broad role.
- Personable and confident enough to guide new starters and chase things down.
- System-savvy and comfortable navigating tools like DoneSafe, Word, and Excel.
- Hyper-organised, compliance-focused, and calm under pressure.
- Hungry to learn, happy to follow structure, and not afraid to speak up.
