Electrical Equipment Inspector Opportunity
Minara Resources is a leading Australian mining company, producing cobalt and nickel. We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Equipment Inspector to join our team at our Murrin Murrin site in Western Australia.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Equipment Inspector to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment in hazardous areas. This includes conducting inspections, testing, and tagging equipment, as well as reviewing installation integrity and classifying hazardous areas. You will also assist with commissioning new installations and verifying compliance with relevant standards.
Requirements
* A Grade unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
* Certificate in Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
* A minimum of 2-5 years' experience working in a hazardous area electrical environment
* WA 'C' class drivers' licence
* Experience working on a remote mine site (desirable)
* Certificate III or above in Instrumentation (desirable)
* First Aid (desirable)
