The Opportunity
As a Guest Services Coordinator at Dexus, you will provide premium client service to all Guests, Executives, Staff, and Contractors at the Dexus Corporate Office. Being the first point of contact on site and ensuring their experience is extremely positive. Along with supporting the business and operations to ensure the work environment is safe and fully functional, responding to all enquiries and requests in a timely manner and escalating when required.
Key responsibilities:
1. Guest Reception & Direction: Welcome and direct all guests upon arrival, ensuring immediate recognition and appropriate guidance.
2. Meeting & Event Preparation: Set up facilities for on-site meetings and events, ensuring effective communication and engagement with key contacts and hosts.
3. Facility & Space Management: Oversee meeting rooms and office spaces, ensuring seamless service and movement of staff, guests, and contractors.
4. Food & Beverage Coordination: Manage beverage orders for meetings, arrange and confirm food and beverage requirements for business lunches, ensuring high presentation standards.
5. General Administration & Safety: Handle administrative duties, including accounts payable, WHS site audits, and reporting, while maintaining a clean and operational workspace and ensuring health and safety compliance.
About You
You are driven, accountable, and conscientious, with a strong ability to provide high-quality customer service. This role requires an adaptable mindset that is comfortable working in a changing and demanding environment.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Exposure to high-end Corporate environments, Hospitality, Event Management is preferable.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to use initiative, work autonomously, and assume full responsibility for completion of tasks.
Effective time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
