A well‐established residential builder in Perth's Southern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of single and double‐storey homes. You'll ensure each project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard while building strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and clients.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience supervising residential construction
* Strong trade background and ability to read plans
* Excellent communication and client‐facing skills
* Ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently
* Solid understanding of WA building standards and timelines
* White Card + relevant trade or construction qualifications
Key Responsibilities
* Daily site management across multiple residential builds
* Trade coordination and scheduling
* Quality inspections at all construction stages
* Site safety compliance and maintaining clean, organised sites
* Client communication with regular progress updates
* Issue resolution and proactive problem‐solving
* Supplier relationship management
