Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Store Environment Design Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of store environment projects that enhance the customer and brand experience. This role will be based in our Port Melbourne Support office and will report to the Global Head of Store Environment based in the U.K.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in retail store design and delivering world-class customer retail experiences. They will be responsible for managing the design process, working with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the brand and design playbooks.
Responsibilities will include:
* Developing globally applicable briefs and store concepts
* Managing trials and tests within regions
* Developing detailed designs for global roll-out and implementation
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviour in the physical retail and clinical environment. They will have demonstrable experience in turning strategic business initiatives into delivered store environment changes.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build trust and respect with all stakeholders. The candidate will also need to be flexible and able to collaborate with the Global team across different time zones, as well as available to travel as needed.
