The Workforce Australia program requires a Consultant to provide ongoing support to participants and their employers, ensuring long term employment outcomes.
* Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with Workforce Australia participants and employers through face-to-face, phone, and on-the-job support
* Identify barriers impacting ongoing employment and address them promptly
* Monitor work placements for jobseekers towards achieving monthly targets
* Achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by applying an outcome-focused, high-performance approach
This position is responsible for delivering post-placement support across the Hunter region. Key responsibilities include:
