Housekeeping Attendant Position
As a Guest Services Attendant in housekeeping, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our hotel guests. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a clean and comfortable environment within the hotel.
1. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel premises.
2. Respond to guest requests and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
3. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities may also include assisting with laundry services, restocking linen and amenities, and participating in inventory management.
