Your Role: More Than Just a Vet
This isn't just a clinical position — it's a leadership opportunity. As Veterinary Director, you'll:
* Lead a high-performing, collaborative emergency team
* Mentor and support vets and nurses in a positive, learning-driven culture
* Workalongside the Practice Manager on operational decisions
* Work with the Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director to achieve and maintain a high clinical standard ??
* Contribute to the ongoing success and strategic direction ofARH Wollongong
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experiencein emergency medicine (ECC experience essential)
* ECC Memberships highly regardedbut not essential
* A passion for team leadership and mentorship
* Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
* A compassionate, patient-first approach
